Aggression Policy: No dogs displaying aggression toward another dog or human will be allowed to remain in class. Clients asked to leave class because of an aggression issue will be given the prorated balance of their class fee in the form of a credit for in-home behavior counseling. Human clients are also asked to refrain from aggressive behavior.

Dropped Class Policy: Clients who drop a class within four days prior to the session start date will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds are given after the class begins. One missed class can be made up during the 8-week session; check with your instructor for details. Missing more than two classes will be considered dropping out. There are no refunds for missed classes.

Vaccination Policy: Best Pets Dog Training requires all dogs be current on vaccinations according to age for DHLPP and rabies (bordatella is recommended, but not required). Vet records must be presented prior to bringing your dog to class. Failure to provide vaccination information will result in termination from class without a refund.

Best Pets Dog Training LLC is aware of developing opinions regarding canine vaccination. Exceptions may be made with written documentation from your veterinarian.
